Third-party providers may change over time as we maintain or improve the application. We review providers and seek to use services offering appropriate data-protection and security safeguards.
We do not use personal data for cross-company behavioural advertising or tracking unless:
The functionality is implemented in the application;
The practice is clearly disclosed;
Any legally required consent is obtained; and

With your permission, we may send push notifications about:
Appointment confirmations;
Upcoming appointment reminders;
Booking changes;

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data:
Through an account-deletion function within the application, where available; or
By emailing info@thebarbershopwizart.com with the subject line “Delete My Account.”
Your request should include enough information for us to identify and verify the relevant account.
After a valid deletion request:
Your account will be deleted or deactivated as appropriate;
Personal data that is no longer required will be deleted or anonymised;
Certain records may be retained where required by tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or other legal obligations;
Data contained in secure backups may remain temporarily until the backup is overwritten or deleted under our retention procedures.

Correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
Request deletion of personal data;
Request restriction of processing;

These rights are subject to legal conditions and exceptions. We may request information necessary to verify your identity before processing a request.
We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. Under the GDPR, this is generally within one month, although the period may be extended where a request is complex or numerous.
You will not normally be charged for exercising your rights. A reasonable fee may be charged, or a request may be refused, where permitted by law and where the request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
We encourage you to contact us first so that we can address your concern.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in Cyprus:
Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection
Republic of Cyprus
You may also contact the data-protection authority in the EU or EEA country where you live, work, or believe an infringement occurred.

Where required by applicable law, we will notify the competent supervisory authority and affected users within the legally required timeframe.
The application is intended for general appointment-booking use and is not directed at young children.
Users under the age at which they can independently consent to data processing under applicable law should use the application only with the involvement and authorisation of a parent or legal guardian.
Where a parent or guardian books an appointment for a child, the adult should provide only the information necessary to arrange the service.
We do not knowingly use children’s personal data for behavioural advertising. If you believe a child has provided personal data without appropriate authorisation, contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
We do not currently make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about users solely through automated processing.
We may use automated systems for ordinary functions such as appointment availability, fraud detection, security monitoring, reminders, and service recommendations. These functions do not ordinarily produce legal or similarly significant effects.
You can control certain processing by:
Updating account information in the application;
Choosing whether to enable location access;
Enabling or disabling push notifications;
Managing application permissions in Android or iOS settings;
Unsubscribing from marketing communications;
Withdrawing consent where processing is consent-based;
Requesting access, correction, or deletion;
Deleting your account.
Disabling a permission may limit the related application feature but should not prevent access to unrelated core features.
The application may contain links to third-party websites, maps, social-media platforms, payment services, or other external services.
We are not responsible for the privacy, security, content, or practices of independent third parties. You should review their privacy policies before providing personal data.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect:
Changes to the application;
New features or services;
Changes to service providers;

Legal, regulatory, or security developments.
The updated policy will be published at:
https://thebarbershopwizart.com/app-policy
The “Last updated” date at the beginning of the policy will be revised. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or request renewed consent before a material change takes effect.
Continued use of the application after an update does not override any consent requirement imposed by applicable law.
